About Amelias

• After 5 years and 10 issues, Amelias now runs as an online magazine,
• The first edition came out in May 2004
• Named after Editor - Amelia Gregory - as she initally did everything on her own and wanted to reflect that personal touch.
• Initally printed 1000 copies of issue 1, then increased this each time after by a further 1000
• 'beautiful', 'tactile', 'unique' - the words Amelia herself uses to describe her magazine
• Feautures new music, art, fashion, illustration, photography, and things environmentally creative - something which me jewellery aspires to be as it is eco-friendly and unusual.
• The website is updated daily in 4 sections: art, fashion, music and earth - my shoot will obviously fit in under 'fashion' but hopefully 'earth' too
• Run from Amelia Gregory's house
• Amelia 'still looks after the magazine' and welcomes contributors to take photos for it as further editions may be published but for the meantime she is concentrating all her efforts on the website
