I intally sent an e-mail to my work to ask about the availabilty of certain areas of the centre and then went in and had a meeting with my boss to finalise the arrangements. There is an event on that day that has been chosen (Saturday 10th April) the facilities will not be available until 5 p.m. I have asked everyone to arrive at 4pm for a prompt start.
These are my inital timings:
- 5th - 8th April - source all clothes for the shoot,
- 8th April - meeting with the model, photographer and make-up artist to fit clothes and finalise the shoot. contact the leisure centre to confirm everything is still booked!
- 10th April:
- 3pm - arrive at centre and set up area for hair & make-up in the minor hall
- 4pm - photographer, nail technician, make-up artist and model arrive
- 4pm - 5pm - hair, make-up and nails. take this time to discuss with everyone the look of the shoot and show photographer the locations within the centre
- 5pm - 6pm (until 7pm if necessary) - shoot in the Badminton court
- 6pm - 7pm (until 9pm if necessary) - shoot in the pool
These are approximate timings and it would be preferable if they were kept to for a more organised shoot but if we run over in any of the areas it doesn't matter too much as the centre is open until 9.30pm.
